When searching for your new property, it’s important to be well informed of the real estate market. To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? Five years from now? Will your needs change? What’s your budget? These are questions only you can answer, but I can do everything possible to help you in your search.
There are many practical reasons to use an agent when making a property purchase. For example, often, by the time a buyer without an agent sees a MLS® listing online and calls the agent, the property is already under contract. This is because, while MLS® listings are available to the public, it can be difficult for a member of the public to sort through all existing listings as well as keep up to date with new listings as new properties come onto the market.
Instead, if you’re not already working with an agent, I can gather your criteria - what you want in a home (number of bedrooms, square footage, price, age, desired area(s), etc.), and automatically notify you by email of all current listings that match your criteria as well as keep you up to date of all new listings that match your criteria as soon as they are listed - so you get to see new listings in real time - as soon as REALTORS® get to see them.
Also important when buying a property is having professional advice about the types of terms and conditions to include in an offer, the potential value of the property being considered and an appropriate price to offer, and the ins and outs of the negotiation, subject removal, and closing process.
